Putrajaya, 18 March 2010 : A hot air balloon sinks close to the surface of a lake on the outskirts of Malaysia's administrative capital Putrajaya on the first day of the 2nd Putrajaya International hot air balloon fiesta 2010 on March 18, 2010. 22 hot air balloons took part in this annual event from countires such as France, Netherlands, US, Belgium, Japan, Korea, Germany, Switzerland and Japan.
